INTRODUCTION
Created on a base of Wuniuzao Longjing green tea harvested at the foggy hilltops in China’s Zheijang province. The tea itself has delicate notes of flowers and dried grass that add finesse to the final ARENSBAK Rosé.

Fermentation

The ARENSBAK Rosé undergoes double fermentation over a period of 40 days, ensuring a rich and refined character.

Elegant touch of oak

Oak brings elegance and tannins to the fresh flavour. We use oak chips in the fermentation for around 4-5 days.

Ingredients:
What to do:
  1. Rim a coupe glass with the crushed pink pepper and sugar mixture.
  2. Add all ingredients (except ARENSBAK Rosé) to your shaker (without ice). Dry shake for 10 seconds.
  3. Add 3 ice cubes per mocktail to your shaker. Wet shake for 15 seconds.
  4. Double train into a coupe glass. Top with ARENSBAK Rosé.
