Hermosa: An herbaceous take on a mimosa
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup yuzu
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1/2 tsp crushed anise seeds

What to do:
  1. Simmer ingredients for 5 min on low heat. Strain and cool.

To make the cocktail:

  1. Fill a glass with ice
  2. Add about 3 parts of ARENSBAK™ Effervescent
  3. Add 1 part of the yuzu mix
  4. Garnish with fresh mint
