RECIPE:

Hermosa: An herbaceous take on a mimosa

To make one the mix:

- 1 cup yuzu
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1/2 tsp crushed anise seeds

Simmer ingredients for 5 min on low heat. Strain and cool.

To make the cocktail:
1.  Fill a glass with ice
2. Add about 3 parts of ARENSBAK™ Effervescent
3. Add 1 part of the yuzu mix
4. Garnish with fresh mint
