AIRA
aira is chef tommy myllymäki’s 2nd michelin starred restaurant and located on the royal island of djurgården in stockholm. the restaurant’s proximity to the water and connection to nature is a key element of the experience, which is also highlighted by the unique architecture of the building.
The Jane
The Jane ** is unique in Benelux. This designer-inspired culinary temple is curiously housed in a large chapel, whose façade continues to sport a crucifix! A striking light fixture and stained-glass windows catch the eye in this jaw-dropping interior, whose former altar provides a stage for the chefs to work their magic behind a glazed screen.

Brdr. Price
Danish/French bistro style with focus on great food in homely and cosy surroundings. The three restaurants are co-owned by the two famous cooks James and Adam Price known from TV and with astrong and long family history in Denmark from the theater, musicals and shows. Taste is the keyword in their kitchen and the restaurants are all decorated with personal pieces and art from their family.

Bistro Boheme
Bistro Boheme is one of the greatest successes in Copenhagen. And their focus is mainly on French classic gastronomy. Per Thøstesen is “world famous” in Denmark and has been chef and co-owner of the bistro for more than 20 years. In his early days, he worked for the famous Paul Bocuse in France.

Falsled Kro
An old Danish inn established in the 1500s. A gastronomique pearl situated on the beautiful island of Funen. The reputable gourmet chef Kasper Tind Hassen is in charge of both the kitchen and the hotel. The focus is on local ingredients and herbs. The inn is listed in the international guide Relais & Châteaux.

Søllerød Kro
One of Denmark’s finest and oldest inns, established in 1677. They serve classical French cuisine with a main focus on quality, preparation and a playful approach in their dishes. The restaurant has 1 Michelin star which they have kept since March 2007. For 25 years the restaurant has been owned by Michael Jordan and his family. Since 2013, the famous Danish cook Brian Mark Hansen has resided here.

Restaurant Møntergade
A great gourmet restaurant situated in the heart of Copenhagen. The kitchen is based on local ingredients and old and new traditions from the Danish/French cuisine. The restaurant is famous for its Danish smørrebrød (open-faced sandwiches) that they serve for lunch and for their tasty and good traditional food in the brasserie style.

SUBSTANS
Substans is founded and owned by Louise and René Mammen. Their vision is to serve great food with local and seasonal ingredients. The restaurant has since many years had 1 Michelin star and is situated in Aarhus, the second largest city in Denmark.

Svinkløv Badehotel
One of Denmark’s finest and oldest beach hotels built in 1925 and situated on the west coast of Denmark. Today, it is operated by Louise and Kenneth Toft-Hansen. They focus on the local products and suppliers and everything on the menu is ecological and prepared in a natural, simple and honest way.

Dragsholm Slot
One of the oldest castles in Denmark and is more than 800 years old. Its innovative gourmet restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2017 and they are also listed in the prestigious hotel and restaurant guide Relais & Châteaux. The cuisine is defined as being nature-conscious and is based on seasonal local produce and herbs from the castle’s herb garden, forest, its fields and the beach.

MOTA
A new restaurant beautifully located in the northern part of Zealand. The restaurant opened in 2021 and already 8 months later it received a Michelin star. The founder is the Michelin-chef Claus Henriksen. His philosophy is built on being curious, playful, aesthetic and ambitious and wants the taste of his food to be uncompromised and perfect, which is reflected in the kitchen.

Kong Hans
The restaurant was established in 1976 in the eldest cellar in Copenhagen. The restaurant has for decades served exquisite gourmet food with very skilled chefs. Today the chef is Mark Lundegaard who is the fourth in line. He follows the famous chefs: Michel Michaud, Daniel Letz and Thomas Rode Andersen. The restaurant has two Michelin stars and is listed in the international guide Relais & Châteaux.

A Hereford Beefstouw
Denmark’s first steak house founded in 1971 by the couple Aage and Bitten Damgård. Today, they still serve great steaks and have 9 restaurants in Denmark and 3 abroad.

à terre
à terre is a restaurant with a high-end cuisine established by the famous French chef Yves Le Lay and his brother Kasper Langkilde. The kitchen is a classic French cuisine offering great flavours with a very personal touch. The restaurant is situated in the heart of Copenhagen.
