ARENSBAK Rosé is the vinous Non Alcoholic choice. A fermented drink based on our carefully sourced green tea (kombucha).
The imperfect wine experience
The juiciness and florality of the rosé derives from the use of green tea (Kombucha). It has aromas of forest fruits and a scent of pink-pepper, hibiscus and rose. It is velvety soft, yet still crispy with a rounded with a long aftertaste. We gently added bubbles to enhance the tasting experience.
Good companion for food
The rosé has enough structure to compliment seafood like grilled langoustine with garlic, Moules Frites or lobster rolls. Also, it partners up with salads composed by burrata, fresh tomatoes, pine nuts and an excellent olive oil. Finally, we really recommend you to try it with our sommelier Emilie’s summer favorite; strawberry-salad with juicy tomatoes, new peas, pink pepper, sea salt and olive oil. ARENSBAK Rosé is served chilled in a wine glass at 8-10 degrees.
