ARENSBAK Red is a vinous Non Alcoholic choice. A fermented gourmet drink based on our fermented black Yunnan tea (Kombucha). ARENSBAK Red has the vinous notes that you already know from the world of wine. It has a scent of forest soil, mushroom and mulch, as well as liquorice, baked strawberries and oak. It is velvety and fruity and dense, which gives a long and persistent aftertaste. It's almost like wine. So pour yourself a glass and enjoy a whole new taste and an "imperfect" wine experience.
A good accompaniment to food
ARENSBAK Red goes well with, for example, a well-hung red steak, braised pork jaws, mushroom risotto and hearty vegetarian dishes. But it can also be enjoyed without food. ARENSBAK Red is served chilled in a wine glass at 12-14 degrees. Take the bottle out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving and let it breathe in the glass before enjoying it. If you don't drink the whole bottle, it can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks without losing any flavour.
