ARENSBAK Effervescent is the vinous Non Alcoholic choice. A fermented drink based on our carefully sourced green tea (kombucha). It has a fine structure and balanced acidity.

The imperfect wine experience

The effervescent has a fine structure and a balanced acidity. The herbaceous scent and aromas derives from gooseberry, peach and lemon grass. It has an invigorating juiciness, balanced with oak which provides a dry mouthfeel and long aftertaste.

Good companion for food

It goes to as an aperitif companioned by oysters au naturel, cod ceviche with lime, cilantro and chili. Also, you can enjoy it with a starter of scallops with green peas and brown butter. We’ve also made the Effervescent for celebrating - so don’t shy away from popping it during a celebratory event as Effervescent has it legs to stand on its own.  

ARENSBAK Effervescent is served chilled in a wine glass at 8-10 degrees.
